Reigate and Barnstead Borough Council - Community Asset Support Scheme

Grants of £3,000 to £20,000 for voluntary, community and not-for-profit organisations to make physical improvements to community assets in Reigate and Banstead, Surrey. The scheme is part of the council's Community Asset Transfer and Support Programme, which aims to keep community buildings in local control before the council is abolished in April 2027 under local government reorganisation. Up to £200,000 is available, with around 25 grants expected. There's a one-stage application, and the expression of interest deadline is 2 Nov 26. Decisions are expected in early Dec 26, and projects must be completed, with all money spent, by 31 Mar 27.
